So I downloaded the Duality server, and when I start it up, the EULA popup happens, I scroll down, but when I get to the bottom, nothing happens, it doesn't let me accept, Ive reinstalled twice, and ran the repair tool, help please.

Exactly the same issue.
Tried re-installing the client and used repair tool aswel. 2 Hours wasted \o/

I'd completely accept the EULA if I could, is there maybe some manual fix like editting some ini file?
