It looks like it, but increased the country's debt significantly, cost 5000+ soldiers lives and some 30 000 soldiers wounded, wich some will have to deal with it for the rest of their lives( missing arms, legs, etc).....So if i was him, how the heck would i be able to sleep at night is beyond me....Ugh
