At this moment after a miningcycle you get all the ore at once,
would it not be nicer to see your ore/cargo-hold fillup right away?

the miningcycle stay's as it is. (300 sec's easier for calculations)
the amount of ore you get is the same. (3000 m3 easier for calculations)
but jou get like 10m3 every sec (or 1m3 every 0.1sec).

i guess it would be more real like also.

Just an idea :D

I've long thought that mining lasers should be 10x faster with 1/10 the yeild per cycle.

They would be easier to manage, but not really effect afk/semi afk mining.

Ice mining can stay how it is.

I'm all for this.

i'd rather see it fill up 1m3 as compared to 10m3.

I also feel that this adds to the emersion a little bit because you can see the ore coming in as opposed to randomly appearing after your cycle has finished.

It would also cut back on waisted cycles for players as long as they weren't afk.

In other words, the player would know when their ore hold was full and would be able to shut off their miners.

However, the miners won't shut themselves off when the hold is full. They would continue the full cycle the way they do currently in game.

This is to keep the amount of waisted ore in game from overmining, but also as a privalege to those that don't afk mine.
It'll tell you that you're full, but it's up to you to shut them off.
