Not even. Amarr is currently the worst race in the game in terms of PvP. You have weak capital ship skills and mediocre leadership skills. Your navigation is also lacking to some degree.

13bil at best.

Its not always what it can fly but what its close to being, this is a very good toon with near perfect navi. he is a carrier and close to being a logi carrier with amarr so best armor rep ftw. I would give this 25 bil, and a bump for a friend.
