Transparency
We want our corp to be open for all and we wont hide anything. We have monthly economic updates and in the forums we have "the Trader's Journal" which gives some insights on what is profitable and what isn't.

Rewards & Recognition
We also feel that morale is a HUGE factor. We recognize milestone events, over member rewards and issue medals for excellent service. We don't just hand them out to hand them out. They mean something and are as important to us as they are to the recipient.

Hours of Operation
We are mainly a US timezone corp with our prime time around 7pm EST.
We utilize Ventrilo for voice comms and EVEgate (forums) and EVE mail for written communication.
We don't require a skill point minimum but we do ask for active pilots. We would like activity to be at least a few hours a week. We like to do group activities, so there is plenty of opportunist to attend an event.

I would like to invite you all to check out FDA Shipwrights. We are currently recruiting all pilots (new, returning and veteran capsuleers are all welcome). If you mission run, mine, research, manufacture and/or explore, you are wanted. Here at FDA we provide the tools and the knowledge for you to succeed in your EVE career. Our motto is “Your Future. Your Way.” We don't require minimum skill levels or for you to do certain things. We will make suggestions on training, ship fits and give you the theories behind them, but you are free to do what you want to get the most out of the time you spend playing EVE.

NPC corps are useless as you don't get any support, you pay higher taxes and you don't build camaraderie with fellow, like-minded players. Player-run corps are where it is at. We ofter lower taxes, research slots at our POS, regular corp-run events, and knowledgeable and friendly pilots who are doing the same thing you are doing. We are a bunch of guys just having fun.

We have a large assortment of researched blueprint originals that you are encouraged to ask for copies in order to make ISK building ships and manufacturing modules.

We are a member of a tight-knit alliance and we regularly plan and perform joint operations. Our leadership meets regularly to discuss future goals, plan activities and contests, discuss war-time operation and fleet doctrine as well. We have the laid the groundwork for an inter-alliance economy to reduce goods to below market hub pricing wherever possible.

We currently have very mature pilots who look to EVE as an escape from the doldrums of life, and we aim to keep drama to a minimum.

My goal as CEO is to provide a fun and safe (in EVE-terms) place to explore your career in EVE.
We require the submission of an API key for security purposes. The API key is used by third-party applications (like EVEMon & EFT). It is safe and common-place for corporations to request API keys, as a security measure, from potential pilots. You can find out all about API keys on the EVE Community web site.
