And the best use of their time is not playing a localized EVE, but improving in English, which will help them tremendously not only in EVE but in their life. If EVE can be an instrument for a few French people to be a little less useless, it's all good. Translating the game won't help with that.

IMO, the best use of your time would be to stop making pointless thread, stop pointing fingers and stop telling people what to do but hey that's just my elitist opinion and just like yours, it's not worth much.
