upcomingcalendarevents.xml.aspx not showing changes to events

I've noticed that updates to Calendar events don't appear to propigate to the data stored on the api server even when waiting out the cache timer. Deleting the event works as one would expect.

Has anyone else noticed this or am I doing something wrong ?
