Neuting a NPC has the effect that he will less likely cycle reps. So putting neut pressure on a NPC will greatly reduce his tank. So maybe you are looking into hulls like the Dominix, Myrmidon, Bhaalgorn, maybe Ashimmu, basically anything that can neut and still dish out tons of dps. And maybe a Bhaalgorn's webbing range allows you to catch even some kitey bastards like the one mentioned before.
