The file uploads but then the conversion to other formats fails

Error creating thumbnail: Shared object "libpcre.so.0" not found, required by "convert"

(Thumbnail Conversion failed)

Example : http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/File:LouisDeGuerre.jpg scroll down a bit.

EDIT : After a few hours a converted image did show up in my character page but still no thumbnail

EDIT : The next day the thumbnails appeared but now I have incorrect images on the page. Note how the current picture is different from the actual picture shown. This was not the case yesterday http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/File:LouiseDeGuerre.jpg
