Any chance one could play Eve-Online on Microsoft's new Surface tablet?

The demonstration of Eve on the Motorola (I think) tablet during Fanfest 2010 was promising. Been 3 years so this may not be that far off. The Surface tablet can't be much slower than a net book which can handle eve at minimum settings I believe.

I'm optimistic.

Disclaimer:
I have no idea what the specs are for the Surface so take that with a grain of salt.
