Help new/old player outfit for T2s/growth to T3

Ive been away from eve for about 6 years and am getting back into it. Tons has changed. I spent about 3 hours last night trying to outfit a MOA for my T2 missions but am not happy at all with my results. Ive studied forums and battleclinic, but right now its all a bit confusing.

I own a Drake, but its not outfitted and I have plenty of money to work with.

Could someone please help me with advice regarding good outfitting for T2s and beginnnig T3s based on my characters skills.

I want to learn and will continue to study, but id also like to be able to play, and right now, the learning curve is HUGE.

First, edit out that API info and change your key. Post the relevant data to eveboard. Once we can see your skills in a useable format... well, we'll see what you can do with that Drake.
