Duality: Lowsec Shipkills dropping me below -5.0

Hello Forum,

I just engaged an alt of me a few times, to check if shipkills in lowsec are going to drop me below -5.0, and it does.

I am not a native speaker and CCP Greyscale tends to speak pretty fast, but I am sure that he mentioned that only podkills in lowsec will drop you below -5.0. That is not a minor change, because I think the lowsec as whole will take use of such a treshhold, because more players will use that bufferzone to nullsec a lot more, including new players.

What is your comment on the current build on duality CCP? Will we see that treshhold, which will decrease the inhibition threshold for more lowsec action.
