This is certainly not a new ideal but it may be a twist of sorts, you have many Null corps complaints about hi sec ore being the superior of Null ore (scratching head) however I purpose this, instead of doing silly things like threatening to kill hi sec miners why don't you advertise to buy ore at a set price and have them contract it within 2 jumps of Jita (or any trade hub) I know, I know, who the hell will sell for a couple of isk below market...someone who wants a buyer quickly or needs isk and doesn't want to wait for it to sell competing with all the other sellers, which if you can't sit on the ore cause you need isk then you have a ready buyer, this would in effect make the buyer of the ore king of the trit trade, this works just like corp ore buy program so instead of wasting isk and logistics and corp resources running around trying to shut down hi sec you corner the market on trit...is there risk, yes, but only if trit price falls back down to 1 isk levels besides you know you need it for cap building.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

In order to beat EvE, miners must be stopped completely.

There are more periods missing here than the NHL lock-out.

I know dumb NHL lockout... and on other news those east coast USA people may get blackouts this weekend and may not be able to log in...maybe all week...in other news did you hear how they got rid of a guy in North Korea...they put him out in a field with an X and bombed him...sheesh, they really like him.

How would this help em sell my ore faster? I can already sell to current buy orders for 0.1-0.5 isk below market price instantly.

Check the prices for yourself. Highsec ores are equal to nullsec ores on isk/m3, and then you add the benefit of being close to trade hubs and Concord protection, and highsec becomes better overall in isk/hr.

There is also the lopsided logistics issues, that it is easier to haul 1000 ships worth of nocx to highsec than to haul 1000 ships worth of trit to nullsec.

Exactly, hi sec is a place to have a part of the game where it is more less safer to move about, if everywhere was as Low or null then commerce couldn't get done cause anything that undocked would be killed by station campers, there needs to be a place of control so that everyone has a chance to move about freely.
On the logistics side of moving stuff into null that gets done everyday and with alliances as big as they are it's ashamed they don't provide fighter escorts Goons could certainly clear a path in Null if they so wish to who's gonna stop 500 goons who suddenly jump into a low sec system to escort a convoy of JF to jump bridge you'd have clowns docking up as soon as local started spiking with goons.

No need to make contracts and negotiate with noobs and carebears who will never keep their word. There's a thing called a market. Look at the buy orders. That's where your "contracts" are. Where did you think all that trit was going?
