dual rep incursus for pvp?

I saw a dual rep incursus on battle clinic that looked like a beast but then I noticed the (edit) clever fella had 200's loaded in the cap booster. I don't know (edit) much at all, maybe he decided that eft is where its at and doesn't actually play any more. Either way, I decided to try one out but I cap out in 38 sec and haven't had any luck yet as it takes plenty of cap to catch some fool when you can't shoot farther than you can spit (edit) cause I'm dumb like that. I think I need to use a long point but if I can't shut down a mwd then I just lose the range battle. Has any one else used a dual rep fit for solo pvp with any luck. If so, what level guns do you use and when do you cap out?

What's wrong with cap booster 200's?
And if you see issue with them, just load navy 4's.

You can only fit small cap boosters on a frig and can only load 25's in the small boosters...correct me if I'm wrong here
