Would a T2 BC do a better job than a T3 Cruiser? It would be a less attractive target for sure, but if you make it too good then why train for a T3 cruiser?

Because the T3 can be modified to fit other needs.

No. Drones make most sense as the weapon system for the "Fleet" command ship. Lots of free-highs mean that you can build a decent combat hull despite having to dedicate highs for Links.

Whereas, to make a Blaster boat worthwhile as a "Fleet" command ship, you'll need to give it ridiculously high bonuses.

That would be some serious nerf.

And as much as I like the idea of mini-marauders, the new salvage drones would probably make that concept obsolete.

Someday there will be a T2 Drake.

And that ship, also, will be both hated and popular at the same time - usually by the same people who will own them too. The typical leet 0.0 PVPer will gripe about it, while never admitting their high-sec mission alt has one totally pimped out blitzing L4s like it were getting them laid.

Yeah, change the model to the T2 version, they have all the bonuses and plus some. Cept the Eos make the the Combat one and replace the Astarte as the Command.


Um no, astarte is way more obvious combat, its a brutix ffs.

The biggest problem in ship balancing today is t3 cruiser screwing over t2 bcs. The sleipnir gets by thanks to asb (soley because the loki is missing a shield booster sub so it can go armour), the others have had their roles stolen.

While i wouldn't mind new T2 BC's i think we should first fix the ones we have already.
