My EVE

So, with the new Incarna patch, along with being away from the game for a decent amount of time, my characters are in need of a visual update. Now the thing is, while in the character customization screen, it is "updating character"and presumably, if I let it go long enough it will just continue to say this and not allow any customization at all. Is there a file I can delete to see if I can redownload the physical appearance of my character? Or, is there someone who has had this problem in the past?

I would greatly appreciate any help I receive.
