Character does not have an active subscription

I tried to add Suleiman Shouaa to my team but it kept saying character does not have an active subscription. However he does have an active subscription and is online. I've been trying to add him for a few days but it's broken. Apparently he has some special thing going on. Anyway, I've left a slot on my team open and it should be him and I've been trying to add him for days and the problem is on your end (CCP's). Please resolve or let him be on my team or whatever.

You should vote for KwarK for a lowsec presence on CSM8. It's a good idea. I'd do it! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=213851

Confirming I'm still subscribed. My media account subscription might be the problem here since I don't have nor need any form of payment available.
