The only sound I hear when playing EVE is Teamspeak. Then again I'm not an anti-social miner I guess!

Lol. only in GD can something turn into a hate thread out of nowhere.

on topic. i have my sounds turned down i like a bit of atmosphere while im playing but not too loud so i can still use vent

Its called subcontinous brainwashing, makes you able to whirstand the boredom of shooting red crosses on the overview better. Instaed of no sound and be able to shoot for 1 hour before ctrl+q out of, you can now do it for 3 hours so you get a lill slight impression you have actaly have archived something...

Hm, if I understand the problem correctly, a flight of combat drones is the answer to your problem.

Go to any belt with the sound on , zoomed in, with the rats shooting you and you will hear the sounds.


Why don't you just max zoom out then? You get to keep the Asteroid is depleted voice and no rat sounds. Win win.
Also, you can turn down "World Sounds" and keep the voice on in your audio options.
