I want to be able to run the game smooth, max fps and details, with at least 1440X900 resolution. I never had an AMD gpu, so I am more familiar with Nvidia. Atm I have a 9600GT. I don't care between AMD or Nvidia. Any recomandations?

If you want to run one to three clients, 460gtx is fine. It costs around 100 EUR.

If you want to run around 6 clients, 660ti or higher. 660ti is around 275 EUR. (best bang for buck card on the market currently)

This is for high settings.

... and I believe this topic is in the wrong forum. Shocked

It probably also assumes your processor is up to scratch.

Don't forget while the gfx card is doing the hard work with the rendering etc, it still needs to talk to the cpu and if that is slow you wont get the performance you expect due to the bottleneck between the two.

Just stay away from those nasty gas clouds. They do bad things to your FPS.

iThe CPU is a quad core with a dead core so I'll change that one also.

I noticed that AMD cards are cheaper with the same "stats". Should I get on of those? Like a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7770 Vapor-X? Black Friday is coming so I can get it really cheap.
