275k EHP overheated; carries 40k+50k+400k m³ worth of untraceable and untouchable stuff (and up to an addtional 37.5k m³ cargo in a buffer that you shouldn't really use); gets into warp in 10 seconds flat; comes equipped with the tools to farm failed ganks. In a pinch, you might conceivably refit it to boost mining ops as well, but meh… What more do you need? Sure, it warps 40% slower than a Badger, but top warp speed doesn't make much difference in a normal system since you spend most of the time accelerating or decelerating.

I see a few problems with this fit. It has only a 1 min 13 sec cap capacity.
You get 2 mins 10 seconds before your modules are toast.
You get only 126 hp/s active shield defense.
Your sig is 3542m.
mobility is 28m/s
The Micro warp does nothing to save you from a gank.

I use the following for a hi-sec hauler.

[Orca, Current Orca fit]
Damage Control II
Reinforced Bulkheads II

Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Shield Boost Amplifier II
X-Large Ancillary Shield Booster, Cap Booster 400
X-Large Ancillary Shield Booster, Cap Booster 400

[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]

Large Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I
Large Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I
Large Processor Overclocking Unit I

This gives an EHP of 230,823 without overheating
it has an active shield defense of 1845.
the sig is 603m.
it is cap stable at 93% (great for when XL-ASB's are on reload.)
it can carry a few thousand cap booster 400's without using the corp hanger.
mobility is 67 m/s

If you are going to get ganked you are going to be warp scrammed so micro warp is useless.

The MWD in that is just meant to minimize time at gate between jumping in and warping away. If you get jumped, the MWD won't be running, so remove its cap drain and sig bloom from the equation; that leaves you with a cap-stable passive tank that tops 250,000 EHP against anything except Phased Plasma shells or Inferno missiles. Remember, if you get jumped in hisec, you want to last long enough for CONCORD to show, and it'd take something like 25 Tornados or 50 gank Catalysts to break Tippia's fit.

The MWD's there for all the time you're not getting ganked.
