This could be the start of a very fun battle royale. If everyone dedicated one character slot to a One-Week-Wonder and trained up the typical Goon gank destroyer, they could create little alt corps, join, get the wars, and go crazy without dragging the rest of their eve life into it. The first career agents even give you the skills and a free destroyer and isk to buy a simple gank fit.

Then the Goons could show us all the joys of a high sec free of all restraints. I'm sure they'll rally to the cause and have a good chuckle while lol-fleeting the faceless hordes into oblivion. OP, you should really play this up to the level of Hulkageddon. It's easy, free, and fun; it's against the "bad guys"; its cheap; its consequence free. If CCP was ever looking for a way to get carebears interested in pew pew, I can't think of a better list of appealing reasons. Wait, I could! You can do it on Trial alts! So it's FREE!

The wardec itself is irrelevant. It's more about putting some glorified empire POS wreckers back in their place as they try hard to gloat about how much they are obviously affecting us. In their minds, our campaign in the north is paralyzed due to the wardec or something, I don't know.
