Intergalactic Summit

During an evening search of the Akila system, I encountered Boma Airaken above Akila V. [For reference, this is the same planet that he successfully crashed into, causing massive casualties and damage to the infrastructure of the planet below, he refers to it as; Asha Uula.]

I have no clue as to his motives, I have no idea how long he was there but he wish to crash down upon the planet a final time, I believe he thought his work done, that he had killed enough and was seeking to be united with god. But this is conjecture.

My dear friend Boma.....

I would be sad but he would not want such a thing; he would want us perhaps to rejoice at his passing.

He strove to bring just a little bit of order to an unordered and chaotic universe, through faith and conviction.

I shall miss him dearly, and we are all the poorer for his loss.


Should the other Seekers wish a memorial service open to outsiders I would of course wish to attend.

I wouldn't dream of coming between Boma and his holy work.

I like having competent and interesting enemies Tiberious. Brainwashed kitchen appliances aren't very interesting or competent foes, so when such a good opponent comes along, I will have a certain sadness in their passing.

Not like I care what a nanite controlled machine thinks though, don't like the content then don't post toaster.

Yes I'm sure legions of Amarrian citizens care what a Nationite without an independent thought in his head has to say, let alone what a dirty mud child heathen says.

I'm not arguing to them. I am letting you know the statistically probable, and completely understandable frankly, reaction of people towards what you are doing now. I can't speak for them, of course, but frankly to react in any other way would be entirely unbelievable and would speak towards some sort of mental illness running rampant through the Akila holdings.

For your reference, the correct course of action to take in this instance was to walk back your praise rather than doubling down on it.

Edit: I mean, I know how I would have felt, having been an Amarrian commoner at one point, if the holders, or employees of said holders, responsible for ensuring my safety and quality of life had decided to praise the murders who killed even just one member of my family.

Silas, you and Boma are two of a kind. I'm sorry that so many innocents and a sizable chunk of a garden world had to die along with that filth. Good riddance. Genetic defects like him are exactly the reason the Jove sealed off their sector and abandoned the rest of us to feed on each other.

If nothing else can be said of the man, he lived his faith and died at a time an place of his choosing. Good or evil, right or wrong, his judgement is now Gods alone. All the chest thumping and cute witticisms promulgated by the usual "look at me" crowd serves no purpose.
