SiSi - No Connections

Whats going on?

SiSi is supposed to be open for testing this weekend, finally, after being made to jump through different test servers over the past month or two, and SiSi, which is supposed to be open for testing, is now refusing connections.

Bit of stability in the service provided would be appreciated CCP.

If you're referring to transferring ISK -> DUST it was intentionally disabled as it would be unfair on non-EvE Players that are on Dust
