I'll offer 2b. He has too many wasted SP in so many places, he's not ready to be good at ANYTHING....

The OP B/O is way too high considering how randomly his sp were spent.

I disagree, he's a high sec character, can run L 4s in great ships and can mine with the maximum yield that someone can get. You should try checking out the skill points before replying to a character selling post.
