Faction Warfare - Contested Level "Bug"

Hi,

Since the "Dust" patch, I've noted a problem with contested level of a particular solar system following downtime.

It appears that the contested level of the solar system in question resets itself to what the maximum contested level of that solar system was pre-downtime.

Example....

Pre downtime first day of patch, the highest contested level of solar system before downtime was ~ 18%.
It was knocked down to ~ 12% before downtime.
Immead. following downtime the contested level of the solar system is back to ~18%

Pre downtime on second day of patch, the highest contested level of solar system before downtime was ~21%.
It was knocked down to ~ 12% before downtime.
Post downtime the contested level is the solar system is back to ~21%.

Would appreciate someone looking into this. Petition has been raised of course.

Many thanks.

Silver.

CCP is not going to fix this because they want that gallente and minmatar has all systems when retribution patch kicks in

I believe we are witnessing another example on how CCP does not actually test upcoming features for factional warfare except on theoretical level while keeping old mechanics in place. For example, their unannounced change for plex numbers spawning in occupied hostile systems.

This mechanic is still in place despite already having the usual "three plexes spawn every 30 minutes" mechanic in place, stiffling the occupier with needless penalty. Server reboots are never considered for havoc they cause for FW occupancy due to respawns and so forth.

Disappointing track record I must say.
