Looking for a 5b loan, can provide full collateral

Hi all,

I am looking for a 5 bil loan for a period of 1 month to expand my business and bring it to the next level.
collateral will be provided in the form of t1 BPO's, undervalued at 10%.
If possible, I'd like to see some of the blueprints researched for the duration of the loan (to be negotiated).

I would like to point out to any potential investees that this guy has an unprotected POS in lowsec, in my home system, and repeatedly goes AFK in his Iteron while in lowsec.

Can fill the loan, assuming The bpo's are valued at NPC and there is 110% collateral. Can offer 4%. Will you need use of the bpo's during the loan?
