auto-patcher doesn't work - at least for me

until yesterday i had no problems with patching but although i did not change any setting a pop-up appears after several minutes of the launch informing that the server is unreachable and i need to reconfigure my internet connection settings. I tried everything imaginable but could not get it to patch - eve repair tool does not work either.

The pop-up message reads:

"........ URL that could not be reached http://cdn1.eveonline.com/434834/Repairdata_434834.dat"

try using the repair tool in the EvE installation folder
