He'd just finished a tour of Iraq and wanted to get back into eve.

First billion was just grinding lvl4 missions - boring boring boring

First fun billion and sustaining it was making robotics before CCP gave PI the big FU. It took me 8 accounts to make the isk I was making but it was alot of fun doing it.

Thank you CCP for making me kill 6 accounts more money/isk for me and less for you :D

Mining. Ya it's not very flashy, but hey 3 hulks mining ark and bist all day you can get to 1 billion pretty quick, or you used to anyway Smile

Buying and selling Cold Gas arc jet thrusters in Dodoxie.

Thats it. I basically owned the market. bought for about 15,000 each, sold for about 60,000 each. Traded about 50 to 100 a day, for almost a year. Low effort, low reward, but got to a billion at last.
