Complex Spawning ... a Few Questions.

I'm new to Exploration and don't know much about finding complexes but i did find one today in Deltole and then finally got logged in and people were all over it... my question is once they're done what is the likeliness of me finding another Complex Spawning within a few jumps of Deltole. I don't really care the difficulty of the complex or what complex it is. I just wanna run a few complexes and see what they're like instead of running all over the region just to find one...

Sounds like you were in one of the static Cosmos Complexes that are mainly used for Cosmos Agent missions.
Those don't really have any good loot and are usually filled with lot's of players. The NPC's usually respawn within 5 to 10 minutes thus making the complex always active.

The lower level static DED Complexes is a good start to see what they are like and will have some good loot. But those usually have a player camping the last room farming the Overseer for Faction loot. NPC's usually respawn within an hour so these complexes won't have a lot of players running around.
