First off, apologies if this is in the wrong subforum, I didn't find one about game mechanics so I figured I stick this post in here.

Question: Can I still use the unboard ship then board ship to get a session timer and then go back to shooting rats? Does this method still work?

I've never heard of resetting the timer that way, sounds like a good short cut if it works.

All I ever hear is that the 15 minute timer is connected to the current specific system and the only way to reset it is to jump out.

I read about it on from a forum post 2 or 3 years ago and wasn't sure if it still applied
