Ok, excuse my ignorance on this, but how do I go about identifying a bot ?

well in this case, because they were all mining in the exact same spot in their pods an hour after we killed their macks

then failed to notice me carefully positioning a thorax within 4km of all three pods

I think you should kill anything that that even remotely resembles a ship if it is within 100km of Ice

Yeah like Wealsior said man, the pods will literally warp to and from the station and then attempt to mine in a belt.

Ok, let me get this straight...

Goonswarm has effectively blockaded the blue ice belts in hi sec Gallente space. The mission is to suicide gank all harvesting activities, whether bots or real hard working miners who tend to their keyboards and pay attention, thereby taking control of an entire region of EVE commerce. Is this accurate?

If not, then if I was to say enter into Brapeille in my Mackinaw announcing in local that I AM NOT A BOT. Would you Goonswarm honor that white flag and not pop my ship?

If you intend on indiscriminate killing and maintaining this blockade, would you folks be good enough to declare an end date so that other players can resume enjoying the game?

We're introducing a program for mining clearance for select individuals; if mining super-profitable blue ice is in your interest I think something can be arranged.

i think they should have to submit an actual real life video of them Doing Something Truly Embarrassing

Oh, Do go on... no seriously ive got nothing better to do then listen to all the petty arguments and feeble trolling attempts...

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.

Shouldn't Goonswarm be carrying out such a plan to affect the DRF ? So they choose soft-targets in Highsec, even assuming they are bots. What about the DRF's bots? For every bot nailed in Highsec, there must be at least 2 dozen DRF bots doing their thing. I just don't get it. Goonswarm are simply paving the way for the DRF to take it all.

First, I've been playing other games for 4 months yet still reading the EVE forums regularly

EVE forums = Best Forums...

The "memes" are priceless and only over time does the nuanced flavor and aroma's of the many splendored trolls become palbable to your then trained mind.

But...

.... been pretty boring reading lately....

stopped checking for a week or so, and i'm finding I don't get upset when i miss a few days of trining on my various paid forerver (unless they let me buy real aparel with my isk, then i might use it up).

but THIS .. terrorism and focussed ice disruption is EXCITing.. its fun , it's SandBOX its why EVE is so much more interesting than the other VIRTUAL worlds.

Still, the PVE isn't there, and high butdget PVE can been fun after you've given it a few year break

___

Wait

onto the post:

BEST WAY to disrupt an enemy in eve is to encourage people to fight on their home soil.

The more desirable the DRF regions are, the more likely people will start fighting them for some of that ice.

NOTHIng is more Demoralizing than Playing DEFENSE.. players quit if they're being forced to log in to keep what they already have.

You've already been told: warping a pod to and from a belt every 8 minutes is just somebody's playstyle. Stop assuming that just because someone podmines until downtime that they're a bot. Next you'll be accusing people who repeatedly buy a defender missile for a billion ISK of RMTing or something.

that's simply impossible. Just imagine:
- you want to safely run agent missions
- i want to play this game by killing you every time you try to undock.

What can we do here to both you and me will be able to play Eve the way we want?

I am sure kb's will be nicely padded by the time you've chewed through a few thousand Russian bots.

They got Oxygen Isotopes after all...

No?! Wot?

I don't think you get it. We *like* the Russians.

(Plus, we don't speak moon languages, so when they complain in local we can't enjoy it the way we do when pubbies cry.)

loosers.... bad news for ya is that most of russians in Eve UNDERSTAND what you spoke in local channel ;)

Well real miners could also use smart bombing ships just to pod those konkorden gankers, after all most of them pay over 30M for new clones.

Can be fun Lol
