Accommodation for FanFest 2013

It's time for the semi-budget-conscious folks to start booking accommodation for FanFest.

Does anyone have suggestions for places close to Harpa that won't break the bank? Last time I went was FanFest 2011, so we stayed at the Bolholt Apartments - about 1km from Laugardalshöll. For the week that we stayed at the Bolholt apartments, we paid €330. I don't mind paying a little more for something similar close to Harpa.

(Ive been looking at various options for myself for FF2013, so probably have something noted somewhere!)
