[WTB] Cheap Industrial and Trade alt (5b budget)

It's always hard to find good help these days and I am feeling impatient enough to throw some money at my problem.

What I need:
-Basic trade skills (accounting and broker relations are a must)
-Basic Manu skills
-Basic research skills
-Any other related science skills are a plus

What I don't need:
-PvP skills
-Loads of wasted ship command (black frog does my hauling chores)

Deadline:
-I need to have this character up and running soon, so I will wait around 2-3 days for a decent candidate here. If nothing shows up by then, I will have my own character in the works.
