This is sad news. Thank you for bringing it here, as I would have missed it otherwise.

Starrion took pride in training several generations of noobs into experienced vets, with me proudly among them.
He still serves as the focal point of contact between players across the whole of Eve for those who played with him.

He was able to rally our ragtag mix of PvP ,PvE and industrialists into many interesting adventures, from the de facto domination of the Agoze region (so that we could grind the Lvl4's) to our joining of several 0.0 alliances.

His diplomatic skills were well-honed, if somewhat crude if you knew the truth behind his words: Starrion was able to convince both with application of thick layers of sweet honey and by lying through his teeth with unbacked threats.

I ne edt o make a couple of tyops in this eulogy. Starrion was renowned for his capability to communicate without actually achieving the correct typing of a single word. I guess his link to the "illboard" will never be fixed.
Many a times have cases of gross misspelling evoked a fond reminiscing of our times with Starrion. This will remain.

Starrion will be missed.
