Modify wallet(add region)

As an on and of player I cant really be bothered to look for the latest functioning "offline" wallet, so I rely mostly on ingame info. Anyways, I now trade over 3 regions, and I have 0 control over which sale is in which region. But enough of my bad trade strategy.

What I really wanna know is if you can add an extra column with "region" information to your wallet?

And while im at it, and find myself in need of a good out of game tool to control my finances. Anyone with any suggestions? Yes I know there are some outdated threads about it somewhere(thanks for saving me the time).

I've been using EVE Mentat as an out of game finance tool. A bit buggy, but decent.
