I'll give it a shot...

You'd have to have fighting of some sort. So I think maybe mostly with hand guns. Each of the four different race types of guns.
Then I think also lots of high tech gadgets for defence like shields and armor (with very little hull tanking).
Maybe traps or any sort of high tech things you can think of. scanners or whatever.

Missions of course: can have courier, fighting, maybe spy missions where you have to use a cloak. Research agents? No mining.

Could reseach tech and build equipement from material you pick up when you kill others people and npc.

And a huge pvp area to do all this in.

Sounds like an alright game.
Maybe a bit like startrek but all EVE stuff?

Of course everyone would get tech that makes you run real fast and use machine guns.

Plus, parts of WoD WERE Sci FI - well elements were, Sons of Ether are a good example, Virtual Adepts, Glass Walker Werewolves, sorta

Goons; infiltration at its best - first bob... now ccp itself. They dont realize you guys dot take this as "just a game". Bring it down guys, we're rooting for you.

I think you're idea is great - just have WOD players walk in stations and their the only ones capable of biting people.

So heres the deal: when you get biten you transform into a new race called VAMPIROID and get a bonus on enregy sucking gear, and there spaceships can only be hit by sliver bullets!

I would say it got something to do with buyout of white-wolf and some agreement between CCP and white-wolf. Seems logical to me at least.

CCP would be very stupid to create a second workhorse that would compete with the first workhorse.

WoD and DUST are being created with the least overlapping player base in mind. That's why DUST is meant for consoles only.
