Missions to decline due to no standings increases

About a week ago I found a page on EVE University that gave a list of about 6 missions to decline, due to the fact that they do not provide any standings increase with the NPC. Some were very common missions and I was surprised to read that. Did not bookmark the page and can not find it again via Google nor searching EVE University Wiki.

Anyone have a link to that page or happen to know which these 6 missions are that do not provide standings increases?
