Yeah, I'm new, yes, I don't know everything about EVE.

I'm also getting into game design and I am sharing ideas. I see that there's disagreement from people who are more likely to know more about lowsec than I've experienced so far, but none of you give enough reason for me to stop arguing for this change.

Saying I don't know is fine by me, but at the same time PROVE it to me; why doesn't this idea work?

One of the main points that I think most people are missing is that not ALL of lowsec will have these police forces, so you'd still be able to gatecamp/pirate in systems that didn't have police presence in, and only have to worry about sentry guns like usual. Most systems won't have a Navy station so its not going to completely change ALL of lowsec as it is, but rather make parts of it have 'in character' responses to stuff happening in system. And even if you do pirate in 'policed' areas, a part of the idea is that high enough standings with the local corporations will stunt/stop the responders from even acting.

In some ways this Navy would make piracy easier, in the case that some people will think that this is CONCORD in lowsec, or that coverage is everywhere. It'd encourage people to go into lowsec and then get pirated in lowsec, and for anyone flying decent fits the navies wouldn't be too great of a challenge. With things being 'safer' in lowsec (and in some ways its not), more people would go down there.

Also, consider that you could bait someone into attacking you and watch as the miner/missioner gets picked apart by local navies while you scram them down. You'd even be able to tackle tougher targets than you normally would since you'd have these NPCs on 'your' side. Or hell, build up enough standings with the locals and you won't even have to worry about navies/ attacking you when you tackle that transport.

Just like anything else in EVE, look for loopholes.
