Station Aggro from an accidental warp scram??

Ok i was flying in null and camping a station with a corp mate. Had my warp scram clicked and waiting for someone unlucky enough to undock. At about the same time my friend got jumped by a small fleet and i went to dock because he was obviously not going to get away as he had legit aggro and was pointed down hard. i however had no such aggro and went to dock before the fleet swapped targets.... as i clicked the station to dock i accidentally warp scrammed the damned station .... thus giving me aggro to the station ......

Now can someone explain to me how its fair that scramming (or webbing for that matter) a station should cause aggro to the station???? Its not like the station is going to up and warp away while ur not looking. And now since its considered a valid action by customer support they are refusing to reimburse the arbitrator i lost as i got pointed 2 seconds after trying to dock and went pop.... didn't lose my pod but did lose a nice little ship... just want reimbursement to replace the ship but would really like to see something as stupid as getting aggro from warp scramming a station get fixed.

pointing a station is considered as an aggressive act since it disrupts the TV receivers of thousands of people. Scotty wont let you dock if you do that.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I am universally in favor of anything that punishes station-gaming morons regardless of how "logical" it is.
