The inferno trailer hit IGN first, I believe, before CCPs own YouTube channel. This is a nice advert but not really the trailer I was expecting. My only gripe with this advert is that the voice actor from inferno should have been reused as the narration for this one is a bit to...yea.

If this is it however, than the correct answer would be no...they do not have a trailer for retribution.

Loved this trailer.

IMO I think thats indeed an ad. I work in advertisement and that did look like an ad. The trailers always had an "epic" taste, so you got goose bumps.

This one gives me the feeling I need to play fast forward to come to the main event.

Not one of the better trailers, honestly. Too short, anticlimactic, lacking any relation to the rest of EVE story. It's a story about a ganker who gets ganked. Wooo.

Nice visuals though, as usual.

Yeah those are some fan-made production levels...are you trolling?

It's not really that difficult to export the models and textures from the EVE client to put them into a video like that. A company like IGN could conceivably make such a video.

Great trailer, but yea, sad it was so short. Also, I expected... more when he jumped through the black ops portal. Like coming out the other side and a bubble going up and just seeing an entire fleet of capitals and subcapitals sitting on the other side. For like 60b isk (I think it was), I just expected to see more waiting to pounce.

Very nice video CCP, I think it would help drive more excitement if you didn't release it the day before the patch came out though. Maybe market statistics show different, but I would think a week, or at least a few days, from the release would let people get excited about the new content coming up.

The only real complaint is that it doesn't really tell you much about the new content and rebalancing for Retribution, only that people get mad if you gank them.
