It is a good pvp char, focused on close range brawling and med range kitting
As well as a good wormhole dweller (gas cloud harvesting V - exhumers III)
SPs : 21,465,650 ATM

Loki subs at V (all 5)
Minmatar BS V
Large Projectile Turret V (1hour away from T2 Large ACs)
Gunnery secondary skills at V (6,5M SP)

You'd get about 6 billion for him. He's got some decent gunnery and spaceship command but he's also not focused, he's got a lot of wasted SP in industry skills, and his shielding and armour skills are quite lacking. A toon that needs some work, but 6b would be a fair offer if you received it.
