PER NEW INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THE BUILDING BETTER WORLDS DEV BLOG, STANDINGS WILL NOT BE NEEDED AS OF THE SUMMER EXPANSION FOR POSES (see https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/building-better-worlds/ ).
