hi there

my question is exactly what the title says:
I am curious about FW and how it really works out.

Instead of fighting through bits and pieces on the eve-wiki and the forums I wonder if there are any good ressources on
how the actual FW works, what skills / ships whatnot are needed ??

Thanks in advance

Are you asking about pvp or farming?

:-)

thx but someone who pays the amount of RL money to CCP for the amount of toons he plays like i Id,
i would hardly call a parasite. but again, thx .

my goal in eve is to earn isk. by any means EVE / new eden offers, but without having to buy plex.

also i dont know why i am even responding to such a presumptous comment.

some eve players are clearly avove all the rest.
one of the reasons i love this game. it clearly shows that game superiority has nothing to do with intelligence nor actual achievement.

There are dozens of threads giving a how to, with ship fits, etc. Try the search forums feature or just scroll through a few pages.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Step 1: Join minmatar.
Step 2: buy 50000 incursuses, dual rep tank them. No need for guns, you are a farmer, not a soldier!
Step 3: come to one of the few systems Amarr still hold.
Step 4: warp to open plex. Remember, d-scan is for PVPers, not farmers!
Step 5: ???????
Step 6: When you wake up in your new Alpha clone, you will be space-rich! Enjoy!

You're a parasite because you're leeching off the organization of militia pilots working to upgrade systems in a manner that actually gets the faction up to tier4-5 and getting all the benefits of it, without actually risking any of your isk flying in pvp fleets or even trying to fight a few WTs here and there.

You're one of the faceless alts sitting in the high sec militia stations, waiting to cash in your LP while the rest of us are actually trying to bust IHUBS and donating LP throughout the warzone to get the control value up.

So why the **** should we help you with info? As my esteemed colleague said, biomass and go play farmville.

if you like to farm please don't forget to place some nanite repair paste in your cargohold. thanks

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Actually, I personally intend to join the Gallente side and pop Caldari (and earning the cash to keep me going, I won´t deny that).... is it that bad as well on this front?

I think its safe to say that Julius voices the opinions of most of the 'real' militia pilots here, regardless of faction.

well well. from what i have read and heard now, your "noble cause" seems to be making money.
yeah of course it is itntertwined with makuing an stand all that, but c´mon. you aint doin this for the greater good.
you do it because you enjoy it. (game, hello? )

so you enjoy the pvp part of it. sorry to say but the thing i already did was pvp. in large fleets in 0.0.
in small gangs in null / low.

i have to admit, nothing gets the adrenaline pumpng in a game quiet like that. but, things change and my RL does not allow nor give me the luxury to head online when some FC or alliance boss calls for a POS Bash or CTA or any important fleet action.

i never said that i am not wiling to fight. the way i read it, and the way it got reported to me is that "fihgting" in FW , at least on the beginners and intermediate level, has not much to do with actual fighting but is more like missioning, and thats wha i call farming. next thing you wanna tell me is that incursions are real business and are for the betterment of all and the safety of space. its farming mate. hate to tell you. whether its isk or LP. you do it too.

so unless you fight for something without direct benefits for your ingame wallet, its all more or less the same.

btw: when ever YOU are DONATING LP let me know.

Why are you still posting when you've already been given your answers? If you're going to keep posting, can at least a few of your words contain all their letters, and in the correct order?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Basically you need to get a pimped out cynabal and run mediums and majors. Preferably in populated systems. No one will bother you.

So 'fighting in FW has not much to do with actual fighting but is more like missioning' and we're all farmers because all of our actions ultimately boil down to wanting more ISK?

Honestly. Dont know where to start with this one...
