Am i ready for level 4s?

Don't listen to all these people who spend their time on the forums to write that you should have all skills to 5 and be able to fit all in T2 before to do anything, and tengu etc sterile advices...
You can very well start in a battleship with T1 modules and some low skills. It's not perfect, but it's doable, and in everycase MUCH MUCH better than to always do the same thing for months and then quit because you are bored.
Honestly, just don't listen to them and play !
You say that you can do lvl 3 missions without any problem, then you'll be able to do most lvl 4 missions too. Sometimes it will be hard, sometimes you'll have to warp out and come back, but at least you'll have fun !
Fun is the only true measure of efficiency in a game. The rest is just empty forum babble.

If a Drake can do most LVL IV's, why should a BS not be capable?

Given that any bc can tank lvl 4s (though kill stuff so slowly its pointless) a navy domi should have no issues whatsoever. Generally speaking faction bs are overkill for level 4s.
