This is for a .5 system, l4 in negotiation and Security missions, and a mach with aprox 800 gun DPS and a flight of light drones for frigs (when and if needed). Salvaged by a noctis alt where applicable. Times start with accepting the mission and end after the salvage/loot is sold, or when 'rushing' is over. This is for Republic fleet. The calculation script was written in Perl. It allows for the time to be entered manually so after the first time you run the mission you can adjust the LP conversion. Sorry, I lost the recon series results, didn't log them.

Argh, my eyes are bleeding. Use sprintf to clean up the numbers. Ex:
print sprintf "%6.1f seconds = %5.2f hours...", $seconds, $seconds / 60.0 / 60.0;

declarative: Personally, I use a modified version of Frozean/Mooseburger's spreadsheet. Makes it easier to crunch numbers. I had to add a "time now" macro to record the start and end times.

dubious: You're just selling to local buy orders without doing any kind of price shopping? That can seriously skew your metrics, no? It would be much more interesting if you can get an approximate value (via EveAssets(?)) or even using the overly simple mineral value of the items.

On the missions with no salvage they were just turned in ASAP, I.E. WC, cargo delivery recon II (when i get it again). I need to get "Gone berserk" and rush it once and kill all/salvage once.

For the purpose of obtaining accurate numbers, I kept the salvage separate in GSC's and sold it all at once in the cases where it was actually worth more elsewhere.

As far as truncating my numbers, I usually use Math::Round, but cant install it on this PC. This is Eve and I would catch **** for truncating instead of rounding.

I will get Serpentis assault on there as soon as i get it twice, once to blitz once to complete. I will get serpentis blockade up there when I get around to Caldari. That will be tengu #'s.

Its cold hard cash - time to go to rens and instasell for about half of them, or actual cold hard cash for the ones where the salvage/loot was not worth more there. It generally depends on if you get a big ticket item or not. For example PWNAGE, 1400mm scout, Large 'Solace' etc etc.

Yeah I got some scouts from EA 5/5 Elite BSs and one of those sensor dampers that sale for like a few million.


Big guns don't sale as well as they used to once upon a time. I remember Damsel would pay a ton in just loot alone.

I used 1000 lp as a benchmark, most consider it the "industry standard". I get between 827 and 1200 isk per LP for selling faction ammo. I was able to sell for 1k on the station I was on in most cases. I did factor every penny of the cost of the ammo, but I did *not* factor the time to produce it. Yes, I admit it, i am a cheater. In all seriousness the time was almost negligible once the BPO was researched and copied.

If I missioned several hours a day I would have to take everything to Jita to sell as my local market would be saturated, unless someone puts in another huge buy order. This wold decrease my hourly income slightly, unless i got ganked with the ammo, in which case it would decrease it greatly.

To get 1200 lp each, i have to go to Jita. For 1k, I can sell on the mission hub. So for every billion 'worth' of LP, I have to either...

a. Go 3 jumps and pick up the ammo.
b. Wait for a slot on the station I mission out of.

As stated previously, the real time investment is researching the BPO's, which as far as BPO's go, is a small amount of time. Once they are researched it takes less than 10 minutes of actual playtime if you sell the ammo locally.

And TBH this weekend the conversion rate was higher than 1k if you just bought the ammo on the station and sold it, which takes the time WAY under 10 minutes.

Popped her on the 3rd gate and warped out. You have to finish the first room the first time you run it to get the key, or buy the key. The low LP was because I sold to buy order on station.
