Took a break from eve, and I see there are some new level 5 agents.

My first question is, are the level 5 distribution agents functioning?

Secondly... what are the Isk / LP rewards roughly? and im assuming you would use a freighter?

read and learn.. ALL level 5 agents are combat agents IN low sec.
