Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I had a thought while organizing a fleet last night.
When you create your own chat channel you get a setting options were you get to edit what the channel says when you join for instance intel channels normally tel you intel only ships types names and system etc etc

so why not give us this option when creating a fleet i know you can edit the fleet advert to contain all of this but seriously how many of you actually read the description when you join a fleet?

how many of you get annoyed by someone asking over and over were they are supposed to be what ships they need to bring do they have time to go let the cat out.

i for one would love to be able to join a fleet get the message when you join the fleet channel

be in this ship in this system by this time noone clogging up the channel asking basic questions they can just read the channel message and voila no more annoyance just a thought..
