Phased share release. 125 shares total. 10m isk per month. 40m isk buyback at completion.

Shares are open to re-sale, trade, gift by owners.

Shares will be sent out in phases until we reach our goal.

Submission by evemail for shares will begin Oct 1st.

Submit all applications with evemail stating how SHSG will gain in ways of Trade, Markets, Manufacturing, Political, or general game play by giving you a share.

All winning bids are subject to posting in this forum.

If I understand OP correctly, the deal is you advise what you're going to do that would be beneficial to SHSG or EVE, then shares are given (at no cost to you).

That said, I teach newbros all about :elitepve: in nullsec, does that count? We run them through salvaging, anomalies, and eventually plexes, teaching them about target prioritization (because some of the ships we utilize require it) and remote rep/remote cap (because Delve is so much friendlier to cuddle buddies). I'd say that helps, perhaps not SHSG (unless you're interested in the salvage market), but EVE in general, as we (as an alliance) also teach PvP concepts, and the combination should encourage more new players to play for longer without burnout than they would otherwise have done - it also provides them with both the means to fund their pvp and the knowledge of how to use a pvp ship (so the economy cycles their ISK, rather than it being left in a wallet uselessly).
