So basically, a wardec system between individual pilots.

basically, i w \ant it to cost more then a normal wardec, be a one-time payment, can ONLY be ended if one of the original parties (the 2 people who originally mutually agree to starting the war and each paying half the initial war fee) decide to end it. basically, it would allow people who are in corps that dont want to get involved in wardecs or pvp, a chance to pvp with groups, by allowing them to pay a small fee to be included in the war roster, these secondary players can join or leave at will aswell (so long as they are docked).

In order to balance any attempt at griefing with it, both parties must agree for the war to be mutual when its started, either party can end the war. and maybe for every member one team has over the other, it increases the costs to join that team until the "teams" are even again. and to encourage people in corps to join who may at some point have corp business, you can opt back into the war roster on the original team for half the cost of your inital opt-in fee.

any feedback is welcome, i kinda lost track of my thoughts halfway through typing this, so will probably come back later this evening and flesh it out some more.

*edit* to be clear, this is not intending to replace the current wardec system, but create a viable way for epople whuo either arent in corps, or cant get their corp to agree to a wardec, to have some mutual shooty fun with rivals without the need for involving everyone.
