The plural noun and the possessive adjective of the different races generally should not end with –ian or –ean. (A group of Amarr - never a group of Amarrians)

Caldarians O_o

i can see why

Caldari are Caldari. As a fascist nation, it wouldn't be sensible to attempt to define individuality amongst them, by referring to them in a plural sense.

Minmatar people are very focused on freedom and tend to be highly idividualistic, which leads me to refer to them as Matar or Matari.

Amarr people are an orthodox religious group, and tend to be something I don't easily identify with as such, so I call them simply Amarr, or Amarrians to retain my distance.

Gallente are also very hard to identify with, and so I just call them Gallente.

Coincidently, Caldari and Gallente are already pluralized in that sense, so there isn't any need to do so. Making them Singular is another issue, but can you really?

An Amarr identifies easily with himself and holds himself apart from others because he is religious and fundamentally correct in his belief structure in his own opinion. An Amarr identifies most easily with himself, and only really believes in and relies himself because of this. He isn't capable of functioning in a team, because he doesn't know what a team is.

Minmatar are similar in nature, being spiritual rather than religious, but not the same. They identify with themselves and the group. They are a people, and they are capable of individual contribution without elevation of self.

Minmatar are actually rather hard to describe. They are a feeling rather than a clear-cut ideology.
